Wear Ihram

Enter Masjid Al Haram
Enter the Grand Mosque peacefully and make dua when you first see the Kaaba.
Perform Tawaf
Walk around the Kaaba seven times with devotion and remembrance of Allah.
Pray Two Rakats
After Tawaf pray two rakats near Maqam Ibrahim if possible.
Sa’i
Walk seven times between Safa and Marwah remembering the story of Hajar.
Cut Hair
Men shave or trim hair and women cut a small portion to complete Umrah.
Travel to Mina
Pilgrims stay in Mina and prepare spiritually for the important days of Hajj.
Day of Arafat
Pilgrims stand at Arafat and pray sincerely for forgiveness.
Night in Muzdalifah
Spend the night under the open sky and collect pebbles.
Stone Jamarat
Throw pebbles at the pillars to symbolize rejection of Satan.
Animal Sacrifice
Perform Qurbani remembering the sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim.
Shave Hair
Men shave their heads again while women trim hair.
Tawaf Al Ifadah
Return to Makkah and perform Tawaf again.
Return to Mina
Pilgrims stay again in Mina during the remaining days.
Stone Three Pillars
Throw pebbles at three pillars each day.
Make Dua
Use every moment to ask Allah for blessings and forgiveness.
Farewell Tawaf
Perform Tawaf Al Wida before leaving Makkah.
Return Home
Return home with a pure heart and continue good deeds.
